
5-Day Prayer and Fasting Challenge: Praying Over Our Goals for the New Year

We invite you to join us for a 5-day prayer and fasting challenge to seek God’s guidance and blessings over our goals for the new year. This is an opportunity to set the tone for 2025 by dedicating time for spiritual growth, reflection and intentional prayer as we pursue our purpose.
Fasting Instructions:
Fast Duration: 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM each day.
Types of Fast: Choose one of the following fasting options:
Partial Fast: Consume only fruits, vegetables and water during the fasting period.
Liquid Fast: Limit intake to water, herbal teas and natural fruit juices.
Daniel Fast: Abstain from processed foods, meat, sweets and bread, and focus on whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, grains and legumes.
You may also adapt your fasting method to align with your health needs. Please ensure that you stay hydrated and consult a healthcare professional if needed.
